WOD

just a little workout update. this morning i ran for 20 minutes, then did 100 squats, followed by 4 rounds of 10 jump ups, 10 push ups, 10 sit ups. I know it is not much, but at least i'm moving a little to make up for these extra carbs/calories i'm eating/drinking. luckily my family likes light beer, good old bud light.
