In the last four nights i have worked three overtime shifts. Call me crazy....which i am, but i guess if i can work OT why not do it. I guess i need it for my trip to hawaii at the end of february. My friends ramy, willesha, and i have squared away our plane/car/condo reservations. i can't wait....now we get to plan the fun part of the trip.
so in preparation for hawaii i have got back to the grind of working out. i kind of slacked through the holidays, so much that i gained some weight and some body fat back. i started working out with a new trainer, named leah, who has been kicking my butt to get me back down to what i was pre-holiday. i just had a weigh in today after two weeks and i dropped 1.7% body fat, which i was super stoked about.

Hey Tiff...nice work on getting back into the exercise game. I've been doing yoga 3 times a week...but besides that I have been feeling pretty blah about the gym. I just haven't changed it like a year...it's annoying. I did loose BF though. It's hard to keep going when you don't see results.

nice job. I can't seem to lose any bf though (back fat, not body fat) I have a membership but I haven't used it since june and my diet consists of rockstar and lots of food, but i just can't seem to lose any weight. infact i have gained like 20lbs since the summer. what do i do tiff. you are the nurse.
